Terms & Conditions

Plain words for a wholesale house — what you book, what you pay, what arrives, and what happens if anything doesn't.

1 · What we sell

LIBAAS sells only by the pack — a full catalog at one per-piece price (packs of 6, 10 or 12). There is no single-piece retail and no minimum brand mix: pick any pieces from the open catalog, the pack price applies to the whole catalog you take.

2 · The weekly catalog window

3 · Orders of $1,000 or more — 10% free-gift offer

On every paid order of $1,000 or more, LIBAAS adds free pieces worth about 10% of your order value — kurti, dress, set — whatever the stock offers; typically 3 to 5 pieces, picked at random at dispatch. This is our thank-you, worldwide, on every pack.

4 · Shipping — worldwide, already included

5 · Damaged or missing? — 3-day claim window

6 · Returns & cancellation

7 · Payment & currency

8 · Photos, colour and hand-work

Catalog photos show real pieces from the current run — but screens differ in warmth, and most of our work is hand-embroidered, hand-blocked or hand-dyed. Slight colour, thread-density and finish variation between pieces (and between photo and parcel) is normal in handmade textile and is not a defect. Sizing runs differ from dealer to dealer and from catalog to catalog — a size 40 in one catalog may sit differently than in another; there is no cross-catalog fit guarantee. Always use that catalog's own size chart; fabric weights are listed per catalog.

9 · Business details

LIBAAS is an Indian clothing wholesale house trading worldwide. The registered company name, GST/GSTIN and address shown in the footer and on invoices are the live official values maintained in Admin › Business details. For any legal or tax question about your purchase, those printed details are the ones to use.

10 · Privacy — short and honest

These terms apply to every LIBAAS order from the day they appear on this page. Questions before ordering are welcome — a pack is a partnership; we would rather over-explain than surprise you.
